How to create a new TaxLayer account

The signup process is a two-stage form:

• Company details
• Account details

Before you begin, you will need:

• A valid company email address
• Your company’s VAT number (AFM)
• Your country

How to sign up

Stage 1 — Company details

1. Go to the TaxLayer signup page
2. Select your country
3. Enter your company name
4. Enter your company email address
5. Enter your company VAT number
6. Click Continue

Stage 2 — Account details

1. ​Enter your email address
2. ​Create and confirm your password
3. ​Enter your first name and last name
4. ​Click Sign-Up

What happens next

​

After submitting:

​

• ​A verification email is sent to your email address
• ​You must verify your email before logging in

Signing up via an invitation

​

If you were invited to an organisation:

​

1. ​Click the invitation link in your email
2. ​You will land on /signupinvite
3. ​Enter and confirm your password
4. ​Click Submit

​

You will automatically join the existing organisation.

Troubleshooting

​

Submit button is disabled

​

• ​Ensure all required fields are completed
• ​Ensure both password fields match

​

No verification email received

​

• ​Check your spam folder
